Mondays - 1:00pm Central Daylight Time with Tracy
Tuesdays - 7:00pm Central Daylight Time with Tracy
Thursdays - 10:00am Central Daylight Time with Lisa
Saturdays - 12:00pm Central Daylight Time with Lisa
